ArtBeat brings all the painting supplies to the offsite location. Bring out the inner artist in you in the comfort of your own home! NO EXPERIENCE is neccessary! You will be led step-by-step on how to paint your very own keepsake masterpiece. All supplies are included and we just ask that you come prepared with an open mind and heart And be ready to have some FUN! At the time of booking: A deposit is required ($100) and may be applied to reservations. The hostess may choose the painting. If scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance, you can customize your painting. I would be happy to create a specific image for your group, an additional charge will be assessed for a "personalized" painting that one of our artists creates especially for you. Price is determined by painting complexity. (optional) ​ Two weeks prior to event: The minimum paid # of reservations is DUE. Deposit may be refunded due to party cancellation or party may be changed to an open registration. Individual reservation payments may be refunded. Less than 2 weeks prior to event: Private party plans made less than 2 weeks prior to event require minimum paid reservations at the time of booking. No deposit due. You will be charged for the minimum number of people if the attendance does not meet the required number. We have an 7 day cancellation policy. If not given notice of cancellation within 7 days there will be a charge of $150. In the event a Private Party is cancelled, store credits only will be issued to those who have already made a reservation. ​ ​ Cant Wait To BRUSH Shoulders with You!!

Cancellation Policy

We require a $50 deposit to save the date. Your deposit is refunded at the time of the party. We prefer you make your reservation at least 7 days in advance. You can pay for the party in full prior to the event. Or you can pay on arrival. In this case, the artist will accept one lump sum payment for the whole party or you can have your guests pay the artist individually. If you cancel your party, you forfeit your deposit. As a courtesy we allow you to reschedule your party once without loosing the deposit. We need to have a full headcount a day or 2 prior to the party so we will know how much materials to bring.
